Do I need permission to take a wall out?
Taking out a load-bearing wall normally needs a structural design and sign-off from building control. The Planning Portal explains the rules, and we work to the structural designs for the job.
Can you do a whole house, or only single rooms?
Both. We take on whole floors and whole houses, and single rooms such as a kitchen or bathroom.
Do you work on flats and period homes?
