Using this website
The information here is general. No prices are published on this website; your written quote is what counts, and it is based on the job we see. Rules quoted from councils and legislation were checked on the date shown beside them and can change, so check your own address with the council before work starts. We try to keep everything accurate and up to date but cannot promise it always is.
Our work
Any job we carry out is covered by the quote and terms we give you for that job, not by this page.
Reviews and ratings
Where this website quotes a customer, the words are copied from the review on our public Checkatrade profile (or, for the home page, from the testimonial on our previous website), with the reviewer shown as the profile shows them: a first name or initial, a postcode district, or “verified reviewer”. We do not write or edit reviews, and we do not pay or reward anyone for leaving one. Ratings and review counts are those shown on Checkatrade, Google and Facebook on the date stated beside them. You can read every review, good or bad, on those sites.
Photos
The photos on this website are of jobs we have carried out. We choose photos that show no people, names or house numbers. If you recognise your home and would like a photo taken down, email us and we will remove it.
